So here it iiiis! I can finally show you my contribution to Asís Márquez Gonzalez’s sheet music book for harpsichord, fully illustrated by me ! ️•I know Asís from our years at the Conservatory in Madrid. He is now a teacher at the Superior Conservatory in the same city and an amazing musician and composer.Asís has made an incredible job creating these 12 partitions for four hands, with different difficulty levels, and putting them together for his students.There are not many sheet music for people learning to play the harpsichord for four hands, so this was an especially beautiful and thoughtful project. 🫶🏻•He also wanted to do an art object, so there is an illustration designed specifically for each piece, and a text with an illustrated title that accompanies and explains the piece. •We talked a lot about the music, the intentions, colours and resonances, until we found the right ideas for the illustrations and layout of the book.
