First day of @childhoodweekevent ! And the first word is PACT. This prompt has been difficult for me! I think it is because most of the “pacts” or promises I made when I was a kid I did them with myself. I remember hearing the adults say phrases like “When you’ll grow up you’ll see differently” or “Enjoy now that you are a kid” or maybe “Oh, I wish I was a kid again like you”. They said these things like I didn’t understand them, but I was really worried that one day I was going to change and forget what it was being a kid.
